How do I buy?
Simply go to the buy section and place your order.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an email within 24 to 48 hrs on tracking info with expected wait time. Delivery can take anywhere from 1-4wks.

How do I cancel my order?
Simply go to our “Contact Page” in subject line type “cancel my order” We will take it from there. It’s that easy. As a courtesy we like to keep aware of any unsatisfying feedback to better serve our customers please add to our comment section when you cancel your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We are currently taking all major credit cards AMEX, DISCOVER, VISA, MC except personal checks or money orders.

Do I have to be a PayPal member in order to purchase?
No. Simply go to our “Contact page” in subject line type “Purchase please” We will send you a secured request of payment. You can choose to use any of major credit cards. AMEX, DISCOVER, VISA or MC

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please note that shipping charges estimated online may be different than the actual charge. At the time of delivery you will also have to pay any local duties and taxes on your purchase (please contact your local government for these rates as they vary from country to country).

How do you ship my order (U.S. and Canada)?
We use Domestic shipping companies/USPS for U.S.A orders. Canadian orders will be ship by United States Post Office. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

What is your return/exchange policy?
ALL products that leave our facility are carefully inspected & carefully inspected & strictly checked for defects and damages prior to shipment to ensure you receive high quality merchandise. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason and need to return or exchange a purchase, please read our return/exchange policies below.

1. Exchanges or returns are accepted only on merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN ALTERED AND WITHOUT ANY MISUSAGE OF PRODUCT EXCEEDING MAXIMUM WEIGHT OF 25lbs. in their original packaging and with ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING, 30 days from date of Delivery of purchase.
2. In order to ensure the return, please ship it back with a tracking number and email the tracking number along with why you are returning to Hanky_Tanky@Hanky-Tanky.com.
3. Sale items, items purchase from a retailer, clearance items, special orders, custom and seasonal items can not be exchanged nor returned & are all final sales. All sale items are Final sales.
4. Returned packages must be shipped back to us Prepaid. We do not accept CODs or third party billing for returned merchandise. And all returns are charged a $5 restocking fee. Shipping Charges are not refund

Please allow up to three weeks for processing. PLEASE NOTE: shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do I make a return/exchange?

2. Include your name, item(s) you want to exchange (or return) original order number in your return request.
3. If your item is eligible for a exchange (or return) we will email you a HankyTanky number
4. Upon receipt, inspection & approval of your returned merchandised, we will process your exchange. If you are returning an item we will credit back your account. If you are we mail your exchange.
5. If any item received has visible signs of misusage etc. or is not within our return policy we will either return the item back to sender or issue a gift certificate based on assessed value of item.
6. All refunds will be made in the method of original payment. Only the value of the merchandise and sales tax, minus any discount, if applicable, will be refunded. Shipping charges are not refundable.
7. For your protection, we recommend that you mail the return package to us via a traceable service (i.e. UPS or FedEX) & insure the package in the event of loss or damage. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping & handling costs associated with returning merchandise. If you send a return COD, it will not be accepted. HankyTanky LLC is not responsible for returned packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Please allow 1 billing cycle from the time returned package is received by Hankytanky LLC. for it to show on your credit card. We will do our best to process your refund within 1-2 weeks of receipt of returned merchandise. However, please note that your banking institution may take up to another 2 weeks to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from HankyTanky LLC. Shipping Charges are non-refundable. You will be notified via email when your return has been processed.
